Precious foaling thread
« on: August 07, 2016, 08:23:33 PM »
Precious, varnish appy mare, has had 1 foal,in foal to Legacy our Leopard Stallion, both around 32 inches tall.
Not sure when she is due so going to keep eye on her. ( Don't you love no breed dates!!)
She has the start of an udder but doesn't look very far along.

I feel like the udder thing is from being overweight. I sat with her this morning and waited and waited , never felt movement. I am going to order a wee foal 120. It wont give me an exact breeding date but at least i will know if shes bred!

I can't see the pictures great, but from what I can see she's not overweight enough to cause big udders really. I think most of the weight would be in front of the udder in a fatty pad not the actual udder. My guess is she is just an early blossomer lol

In person you can tell she is pretty chunky, her crest is to big and her ribs are hard to feel.... She is just like my Kate, a hoover loves to eat, and wonders why everyone else is running...LOL!

Second PTest also confirms pregnancy in Breeze.
No udder changes.
