Morning Carly Rae!

About how far along did you think she was again? Has there been any developments in the milk bar area?

Nice to hear that To you went to a good home, and got the big snip. Sounds like he and his new owner are planning many happy years together.

Thank you! Shes getting a big tum! I think shes about a month off foaling, but its a rough estimate. She has no development in the milk bar yet, I have been checking her every day in hopes of seeing some development!  ;D

I was very happy with his new home, and his new owner is keeping close contact with me! She calls me up for a chat sometimes, our chats can last up till an hour, she loves to hear my about stories about him. And since Snickas' foal is Toby's, she is going to come over for a visit to meet it, shes only about 2 and a half hours away and shes never seen a mini foal.  ;D

You know, now that you have said that Ryan, I realised I haven't taken many photos lately, well hundreds on my phone, but I haven't done much proper photography!

Here she is today, the photo is on a bad angle, but its kind of the angle I look at her and boy is she getting fat!
Still no development in the udder, but yesterday her vulva was very long and swollen. It's not as swollen today, so could it have just been pressure on her back end from the foal or something?

Oh! Hang on, what colt do you mean?
If you mean in my previous photo, that's my mare Willow with her.
The only possible horse to cover her was my colt Toby that I recently sold, besides him I only have mares and one gelding  :)

This is Toby.

Sorry Carly Rae....only *flappy, flappy, flappy* right now.

I did go do a search on her pregnancy with Meadow (from another forum.)  Nine days before she foaled, there was no udder.  You posted a picture the day before she foaled, and she had a decent bag, but not a big one like the majority of mares do. Last time, it was the position of the foal that changed most during that 9 days, with bagging up and elongation during the last 24 hours.  So don't be surprised if she does that again.

If she were mine, I'd take pics from side and rear every day, to track her progress.  Then when she bags up, I'd be sleeping outside with her. >:D >:D

Teeeheeeheeeheeheeee!!!!  I think I got it!!

Haaahaaahaaahaaahaaa!!!!! *dancing banana emoji!!*

I did, I DID get the photo moved over!!  So that was her bag 24 hours before she foaled. You had no bag in the 9 days before that.
