I sold a saddle, shipped a saddle, and USPS is evidently holding it hostage. I shipped two weeks ago, there was one tracking blip on March 2, but it only said package in transit and arriving late. so I have started the find missing mail process. If it doesn't show in two weeks, I'll be filing my insurance claim, as I did pay for the insurance for it's value.
Our post master did check with the state hub, and it sounds like it made it out of there, even though they did not scan it. How does one lose a 45# large package (very large package)? It's not going to go unnoticed on the bottom of a bag or tote like a letter might. She also said that since it's going east, it'll go through Memphis hub, and they are still recovering from last month's storm, so behind. So, positive thoughts please.
