Katie has been out with Digby, so heres hoping we will get a 2017 foal!

Katie is a silver dunskin, Digby is a black tobiano...

I am glad I waited to breed Katie to this lil guy!

He is only 3 &1/2 so hoping he is fertile!
This will be Katies 3rd foal with me, though I know she has had 2 before I got her. She is an excellent mom and her last foal was in 2012 so its been a few years!

2012 was my last foal crop, too.
Although, mine are due this year, I hope.  I think I ended up with one open, but I won't count her out just yet.

Shouldn't be a problem there.  Many times I bred my 2 year old stallions -- that would be 3 at the birth -- and never missed a single one getting pregnant!  I'm sure he'll be just fine!!

My first stallion came up infertile, I finally gave up hope and gelded him at 8.  If that hadn't been the case I never would have bought Topper.

I hope for her he isnt infertile, he sure is nice. But he is young, so hopefully he will put foals on the ground next year.

I just love Topper, but I also love Dakota.   Dakota is such a sweet boy, and there pretty much was no transition from stallion to gelding for him, he's just Dakota.
