Am really hoping that the filly fairy visits for your other girls, but maybe just one more colt to keep this fella company at/after weaning time?

Nope, no need for more Colts for weaning friends, I have 3 geldings that can keep him company; one is awesome with youngsters, 2 are last crop kids.

This evening's update...

Showy is butt pressing and looks to have a little wax on her leg, couldn't see anything on her udder, but since she's a touch me not, it's hard to check.

Bonny is at 6.4 and has wax and easily streams when her udder is touched.  So, perhaps by morning, but  mostly likely before weekend is out.

I came in, fed my calf, looked over at the corral, Bonny is either grooming Dolly or eating, showered, looked out window, the same.   Will go check in a little bit, will have to grab a flashlight as I have no power at the mini barns.

Gotta go find some jeans to pull over my jammies to go check mares, too chilly for jammies only.

Nothing going on, they're just standing around. 
Spotty toot is going blanketless tonight, partially cause it rained earlier and one blanket got wet hanging on the fence and the toher is wet from washing.  Not terribly cold, and he seems to be doing very well, and knows how to find the straw  bed.

Nothing, yet. Bonny is just standing in the barn.  I got that what are you doing here so early look.  Going to eat breakfast, then go back out.

I was some what prepared, so she's going to make me wait.   It's damp out this morning.

I let her out to pasture with the other girls, will bring them back in fairly soon.  It's sprinkling out.

So, this is what I'm working on...
Blue or print for center.  Don't have more red, as I'm working with FQs (smaller cuts of fabric).  I know which way I'm leaning, just like to hear other thoughts.

I'm leaning toward the blue center, as the other seems a bit "busy" to me.  Maybe the blue, with something else "dead center" of the large square?
